Birches Print

Both paper birch (white birch) and gray birch are common across New England forests. I encountered these at Fox State Forest. Their pale trunks stand out in winter, when leaves are gone and structure becomes more apparent. Birch trees are frequently used by yellow-bellied sapsuckers, which drill distinctive rows of sap wells into the bark.

Prints are made with 100% cotton papers and archival inks. 10x10" prints have a 1" border; 16x16" and 20x20" prints have a 2" border. Ready for matting and framing in commonly available sizes.
